Located at 222 Lake Ave, also known as 222Mills, this newly renovated building features five expansive floors, each over 10,000 square feet. I had my birthday event here and absolutely loved the space so much! They were so flexible, understanding, and really knew how to help being my vision to life. The place is beautiful and clean all by itself so I didn’t even need to put much Bday decor into it. The beers are delicious! Homespun is my personal fav! All the bartenders were so sweet and attentive, all my guest enjoyed themselves so much! The music was at perfect volume the entire time. I give this place 10/10 all around.

We were set on having a local untraditional wedding and came across Simple Motive Brewing. Upon visiting the space in person we fell in love with the aesthetic and their lake beer. They were kind, flexible and helpful so we felt at ease from the start. I’m so happy to say they DELIVERED and some. Thier team decorated the space just as anticipated. The bartenders Dan and Zach were extremely efficient and a pleasure to be around. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect vendor to work with on our big day!
